to the Loan Room
The Loan Room, located in the Cart Barn, is open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8 am to 9 am. There is no telephone service in the Loan Room. Items can be checked in and out and reservations for future needs can be made during normal Loan Room hours.
The general categories and subcategories of available items can be viewed in the left sidebar on most screens.
How to Request a Reservation
- Click the Log In or Out menu item
- Log into an existing account, or create a new account
- Find your item in the Loan Items left sidebar and click to request an item*
- If you wish to rent multiple items, simply continue picking. When done, submit the order.
- After you have submitted the order, watch for an email confirmation**
- Print the email confirmation for your records
*Be advised that this is only a request and does not guarantee that an item is reserved for the requested period.
**After completion of your request, an email confirmation will be sent to you within a week. CAUTION: If you do NOT receive an email confirmation, your request did NOT go through. Please check with the Loan Room during open hours—there is NO telephone service in the Loan Room.
